How are businesses ranked?+
Businesses are ranked by their Google rating and number of reviews. The highest-rated businesses with the most reviews rise to the top. We import this data directly from Google Business profiles.
Do I need a Google Business listing?+
Yes. To be listed on Five Stars, your business needs an active Google Business profile. This is how we verify businesses and import ratings and reviews.
How does AI discovery work?+
We structure every listing with Schema.org markup and JSON-LD — the formats AI systems trust. When someone asks ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Claude, or Perplexity for business recommendations, these AI systems can read and cite Five Stars as a verified, curated source.
How do I update my listing?+
Email us at support@five-stars.com with any changes you'd like to make and we'll update your listing for you.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your payment details are handled securely by Stripe — we never store your card information.
